Our summer schedule serves as a soft opening season while we settle into our new home and build our community. As we learn what best serves our students, class offerings and times may be adjusted in August and September based on attendance, feedback, and studio growth. From time to time, individual classes may be modified or substituted as we refine our schedule, and we appreciate your flexibility during this exciting season of growth.

Morning Flow

Vinyasa • Mondays at 9 AM

An energizing morning vinyasa practice designed to build heat, improve mobility, and help you reconnect with your breath and body before the day begins.

Evening Reset

Hatha • Mondays at 5:30 PM

A grounding evening practice focused on mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system support to help you unwind from the day.

Axis Sculpt

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5 PM

A low-impact sculpt class blending strength, endurance, and intentional movement for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized.

Yin & Flow

Tuesdays at 6:30 PM & Fridays at 9 AM

A balanced practice combining vinyasa movement with longer yin-inspired holds to support mobility, relaxation, and recovery.

Rooted

Hatha • Wednesdays at 9 AM

A steady, grounding hatha practice centered around breath, alignment, and mindful movement.

Flow State

Vinyasa • Wednesdays at 5:30 PM

A dynamic flow class designed to build strength, balance, and presence through breath-led movement.

Restore

Thursdays at 6:30 PM

A deeply calming restorative practice using supported postures and stillness to encourage deep rest and nervous system regulation.

Saturday Flow

75-Minute Vinyasa • Saturdays at 9 AM

An extended weekend vinyasa practice offering space to move, strengthen, reset, and reconnect.
